Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the hotel's financial and operational objectives.

Revenue Management:

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance revenue streams, such as catering events and partnerships.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Cultivate a guest-centric culture focused on exceeding guest expectations and building long-term loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
